Plus Course

This plan leads further to the study of bodily presence, deep breathing and softening of reactions to the outside world. We work with contrasts: calmness in action, silence in movement, presence in conversation. A large part of the course is devoted to the topics of inner balance and attentiveness to bodily signals. Practitioners gradually immerse themselves in states of clarity. The course is designed for those who are already familiar with meditation, but want to expand their approach.
